Comprehensive genomic profiling of cell-free DNA and matched white blood cells improves accuracy of ctDNA molecular response in immunotherapy treated NSCLC
Integrated comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP) of cfDNA with matched WBC analysis enhances the accuracy of molecular response (mR) in patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (mNSCLC) receiving immunotherapy. Patients with mR had significantly longer overall survival, whereas early molecular progression strongly predicted poorer outcomes. This method provides a tumor-agnostic, non-invasive approach for monitoring treatment efficacy and patient prognosis.
